Zirconium tungstate is a negative thermal expansion material with excellent performance, which has negative thermal expansion performance in the temperature range of 0.3-1050.0K K.

ZrW2O8 is a material with large isotropic negative thermal expansion coefficient in a large temperature range, and it is a structural and functional material with great application potential.
As a negative expansion material, it is usually used to prepare composite materials with controllable thermal expansion coefficient. ZrW2O8 is mainly used in two aspects: negative expansion materials and photolysis materials. The coefficient of thermal expansion is -4.9×10-6K-1(430-950K, high temperature phase).
Zirconium tungstate is a cubic crystal at room temperature, including low temperature phase and high temperature phase, which changes at about 430K K.
