Invisible UV anti-counterfeiting phosphor

Ultraviolet phosphor, also known as ultraviolet photofluorescent pigment. This product is an organic compound. The body material is colorless or light-colored; Under ultraviolet light (200 ~ 400nm) irradiation, depending on the type and content of metal and activator in the pigment, it shows a variety of different colors of visible light.
Color variety: The basic color is red, yellow, blue, green, purple and so on five kinds.

Category:

This fluorescent pigment is composed of metal (zinc, cadmium) sulfide or rare earth oxide and trace active agent, calcined. The powder itself is colorless or light white, under the irradiation of ultraviolet light (200 ~ 400nm), depending on the type and content of metals and activators in the pigment, it shows a variety of colors of visible light (400 ~ 800nm). According to the different wavelength of the excitation light source, it can be divided into short-wave ultraviolet excited fluorescent pigments (excitation wavelength of 254nm) and long-wave ultraviolet excited fluorescent pigments (excitation wavelength of 365nm). Recommended addition amount: generally 0.05-0.1%, toxicity and safety: no irritation to the skin, does not contain substances harmful to the human body, can not be in direct contact with food. High light transmittance, high solvent resistance, acid and alkali resistance; Uv phosphor use: can be used in ink, coating, printing, anti-counterfeiting and so on.

Application field:
Invisible pigments can be used for painting in entertainment venues, painting under ultraviolet light.
Ultraviolet long and short wave inorganic organic color-changing powder can be used in the production of anti-counterfeiting ink, anti-counterfeiting paint, anti-counterfeiting coatings.
Ultraviolet light color anti-counterfeiting phosphor can be used for product quality inspection.
The long-wave 3650 nanometer fluorescence anti-counterfeiting technology is an advanced anti-counterfeiting technology used in bills and currencies at present, with good hiding and more popular identification instruments (shopping malls and banks often use detector identification). Short-wave anti-counterfeiting technology uses special instruments for identification, so it has stronger anti-counterfeiting and concealment performance.

Factors affecting fluorescence brightness:
(1) Ink layer thickness. The thinner the ink layer, the weaker the fluorescence effect, the thicker the ink layer, the stronger the fluorescence effect, but at the same time the printing is more obvious. When users use fluorescence, if they can pay attention to these characteristics, they will be able to achieve good printing and anti-counterfeiting effects.
(2) Paper factor. Securities paper or paper without fluorescent whitening agent should be selected, so the fluorescence effect is ideal, when printing on paper with whitening agent, the fluorescence effect will be significantly weakened, in short, the more the content of whitening agent in paper, the weaker the fluorescence effect, the stronger the vice versa, so the paper with low whitening agent should be selected as far as possible.
