Product overview
As a basic dielectric raw material, magnesium titanate is widely used in the field of precision electronic ceramics such as capacitor ceramic base plate. The factory adopts the “solid-phase synthesis” process, and under strict quality control, produces excellent magnesium titanate and magnesium metatitanite.
Properties: Ceramic material whose main crystal phase is magnesium titanate (2MgO•TiO2). Spinel structure. The relative dielectric constant is about 20, and the tangent of dielectric loss angle is about (1 ~ 3) × 10-4. The main raw materials are titanium dioxide and magnesite, and a small amount of clay and fluorite are added to improve the sintering performance. It is sintered in the oxidation atmosphere of 1400 ~ 1470℃ by the general electronic ceramic process. The material with temperature coefficient of dielectric constant near zero can be obtained by adjusting the ratio of titanium to magnesium in the formula. Widely used in the manufacture of thermally stable ceramic capacitors and microwave dielectric resonators.
