Photochromic microcapsule powder (MC powder) is a photochromic powder material made by wrapping reverse photochromic dyes in microcapsules. The product improves the solubility of OP oil, allowing it to be uniformly dispersed in water-based systems. MC is white in an indoor light source environment and becomes the color of a dye under ultraviolet or sunlight. MC can be added directly to the appropriate application for use.

Product features:
Photosensitive microcapsule powder is a pigment, characterized by bright color, high temperature resistance and solvent resistance, which can be used in plastic injection, oily ink and paint.

Recommended dosage: (example: film forming 20μm; Plastic molding 0.2cm)
Photosensitive microcapsule powder is used for water-based and oil-based inks and coatings 3% ~30% w/w(25%), for plastic injection and extrusion 0.2% ~1% w/w(0.5%)

Other information: 1, when used in plastic injection and withdrawal, it is recommended that the processing temperature is ≦230℃, and the heat stabilizer is added.
2, should be sealed in a dry, closed, dark place, avoid direct sunlight.
